We start to experience pain in various forms once we feel the discrepancy between the conscious and unconscious. Where our behavior doesn’t match our intention. Those unconscious programs are a result of years of conditioning and had the purpose to secure our survival. Either as protection or for the purpose of fitting in, they created parts of our belief system and habits that are no longer needed.

  • Our first session includes a detailed preliminary talk and a full hypnosis session which is why I block 3 hours for this session. Any following session takes 60-90 minutes.

    Through hypnoanalysis using regression, we uncover the initial event that caused your behavior pattern.

    We transform this event by integrating your inner child and finish the session with suggestions that program your mind in a way that supports healthy patterns of thinking, acting, and feeling.

  • No. You will always be conscious of everything that’s happening. The hypnotic state helps you to focus your attention on your inner journey while the intensity of the external environment fades. You can only go as deep as you allow yourself. We will talk with each other during the session and your subconscious mind will only accept those suggestions that are aligned with your own values.
