Terms and Conditions for Coaching, Mentoring, Workshops, Events & Vouchers
The booking of individual sessions and events via the wildspaces online store is binding. In case of cancellation of an event by wildspaces, already paid amounts will be refunded free of charge. Further claims do not exist. The following cancellation conditions apply to buyers.
Booking workshops and events is only complete and finalized when the amount has been transferred.
The transfer is made via PayPal, wire transfer, or the appropriate Stripe or Eventbrite link to the event.
In case of cancellation of the course by the organizer, the total amount will be refunded.
I. Individual Sessions: Hypnosis Coaching, Mentoring, Breathwork, Cacao Journey
Once an appointment has been made, it is binding. It’s possible to reschedule an appointment but this must be requested in written form to hello@throughtheheart.co at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours, the appointment will be charged as a missed appointment. The costs of a missed appointment are 100% of the original appointment costs and must be paid.
II. Workshops & Events
For cancellations from the time of booking, we will retain 25% of the amount as a processing fee.
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of the event, we retain 50% of the total cost.
Refunds are not possible for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form (e-mail) and confirmed via e-mail.
In the event that participation is prevented, there is always the possibility of providing a substitute person. The substitute person must be registered in writing, stating full name, e-mail address, and valid telephone number.
Jil Fischer reserves the right to cancel a workshop, event, or individual sessions - even at short notice - in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed as soon as possible by email or SMS about a cancellation. If the event is canceled, any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
Further claims of the participants, especially claims for damages (including cancellation fees for travel or hotel costs) in case of changes or cancellation of an event, course, or individual session do not exist.
III. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for exactly one year from the date of issue. Vouchers are excluded from exchange.
IV. miscellaneous
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@throughtheheart.co.
Any refund of the purchase price will be made via the payment method selected in advance. In case of no cancellation and no-show or premature termination of an individual session or event, we will retain the total price. After consultation, it is possible to provide a "substitute participant".
V. LIABILITY
Each client assures with the booking/payment or use of a service (session/workshop) of Jil Fischer to take responsibility for his or her own actions. Jil Fischer does not guarantee success in terms of healing physical, emotional, or mental illnesses. Each participant is expressly advised in the case of acute physical or mental disorders, or emotional or mental suffering to consult in advance with a doctor, alternative practitioner, or therapist regarding participation.
