Our first session includes a detailed preliminary talk and a full hypnosis session which is why I block 3 hours for this session. Any following session takes 60-90 minutes.

No. You will always be conscious of everything that’s happening. The hypnotic state helps you to focus your attention on your inner journey while the intensity of the external environment fades. You can only go as deep as you allow yourself. We will talk with each other during the session and your subconscious mind will only accept those suggestions that are aligned with your own values.
