Spring brings fresh energy and clarity that flows through our minds and bodies. In this Breathwork journey, we will channel this light energy and allow it to activate our creativity and vision.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful ancient practice to connect on a deeper level with ourselves. It allows us to breathe through blockages that hold us back from seeing and feeling more clearly. It connects us with the here and now and brings forth the experience needed in this very moment.
You’re invited to find your own breath that will leave your body more energized and your mind with more clarity.
THE JOURNEY
We will start with getting to know each other and an introduction about breathwork. The breathwork session itself takes between 60-75 minutes and will be accompanied by a music set that supports your process. We will finish with a sharing circle to integrate the experience.
HOW TO PREPARE
As we want to have space in our belly to breathe properly, it’s recommended to not have a heavy meal at least two hours before the session. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable in and that don’t feel restricting. Bring something to drink and a small snack in case you’re hungry after the session.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please do not join the event if you have a serious illness, suffer from epilepsy, have recently had surgery or a fresh wound, have an acute infectious disease, are pregnant, or are taking strong medication.
