Unlike our everyday breath, which is often shallow and unconscious, this method keeps the breath flowing without pause.     After the active breathing, there is time to rest and integrate. This phase is just as important as the breath itself, allowing your body and mind to absorb the shifts. We close with space for sharing and reflection, so you can return to your day feeling grounded and connected.
